![]() I've installed Chronicle on my Android devices and so far like it. I'm the front end as it were it seems that IOS users can use an app called Prologue and Android users have an app called Chronicle Audiobook Player. Sadly so far I havent figured out exactly how to install the agent Searching online I've found it's possible to install an agent which can scrape the covers, meta data and review from audible. ![]() Sadly Plex hasn't been optimised for use as an Audiobook Server, but it does seem to be possible to use it fir such, just treat your audiobook folder as a music folder and turn on remember position in the advanced settings. I'm now living somewhere where I can use Plex and it seems very impressive. ![]() Until now I've not been able to do this because of networking issues at the places I've been staying. I've seen many people recommend the Plex Server route as an alternative. I can then at least access my audiobooks anywhere though I tend to have to download the books I'm currently interested in locally and play then on smart audiobook player. The route I have used to date is to sync my audiobook folder to Dropbox then access this from my phone etc. Ideally I'd like a great user interface, easy and flexible search functionality, cover art, book descriptions, remembering my place, flexible play back speed. I've long wanted to store all my Audiobook centrally and to be able to access them on any of my devices such as phone, tablet, laptop, smart TV etc.
